Made in the 1800's, my reference book contributes it to the Staffordshire district of England.
This fellow measures 8 inches tall and 7 inches from handle to foot.
He is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks.
He has overall glaze crazing and pin pricks which is normal for antique majolica.
