Made in Neiderviller, France, it is well marked on the back as seen in photo.
It features green and purple asparagus on either side with a lift out piece which hides a well for the excess liquid to run into.
This is a very lovely piece which measures 14 inches long by just over 8 inches wide and stands 1.5 inches tall.
