Made in the late 1800's by the Longchamp majolica factory in France, it is well marked as seen in photo.
It features purple and green asparagus on a leafy green border with a brown rope rim. Just beautiful.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. It has a small glaze flake on the back overall glaze crazing from age which is normal with antique majolica.
It measures 13 inches long and 9.5 inches wide.
