Marked with the Limoges, France decorating firm 'Lazeyras, Rosenfeld & Lehman L.R.&L." mark, circa 1920's.
This lovely plate features a scalloped rim with a heavy gold border.
The center scene is of a male grouse game bird doing a mating dance for his lady hen who is quietly nesting in the grass.
Signed by the artist. Just beautiful colors.
It measures 10.25 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
