Offered is this beautiful antique majolica match holder.
I believe this was made in England and is numbered on the base with a green 23.
It features a very dapper cat clothed in green pants, a pinkish purple jacket and a blue scarf, curiously gazing into an empty wine barrel.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks.
It measures 3.75 inches long and stands about 4 inches tall.
