Offered is this really beautiful vintage majolica platter from Sarreguemines, France.
Made in the 1970's, this platter features purple grapes, two pears, two strawberries and two plums on a bed of leaves.
It measures 12.5 inches long and 9.25 inches wide. This is quite a hefty piece as it weighs almost 2.5 pounds!!
It is in excellent condition for its age with no chips or cracks! There is some glaze crazing and a few utensil marks which is normal with use and age.
This will be a wonderful addition to your table spread or add it to your collection on your shelf or on the wall! This will also make a great vintage gift!
