All hand painted with a large flower bouquet held together with a red ribbon.
It is unsigned and most likely from one of the faience factories from the east of France, made before 1892.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. It has some light scratches on the back along with stilt marks from the kiln which is normal for antique faience.
It measures just over 9 inches in diameter.
