Offered for your private collection is this beautiful antique American majolica platter.
Made by the Chesapeake Pottery Company in Baltimore, Maryland between 1882-1910.
It is well marked on the back with the "Clifton" and the "DFH" monogram of the company's founder, Donald Francis Haynes.
This lovely antique platter is in the "Blackberry" pattern with blackberries, leaves and yellow flowers all the way around.
The handles are made to look like vines.
It measures around 13.5 inches long and 10 inches wide. It stands 2 inches tall.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks!
