Offered for your private collection is this stunning antique majolica pitcher.

Made by the Sarreguemines Majolica Factory in the east of France, my book says that the makersmark was used from 1834 until about 1890. If this was made between 1870-1890 the town of Sarreguemines was German, it became once again French after WWI in 1918. That is why I put both in the Country of Origin.

This wonderful antique pitcher has great moulding and a tree trunk for a handle. Be sure to enlarge the photos to see all of the ornate detail! The inside is a lovely Robin Egg Blue.

It measures 9.5 inches tall and is almost 8 inches wide from spout to handle.

It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks! It does have overall glaze crazing which is normal and expected for antique majolica.

Add this to your personal collection today or give as a fabulous gift!!
