- Antique French Majolica Corn Platter c.1892, fm1142
Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this gorgeous antique French corn platter.
Made by the Keller & Guerin majolica company in either their Luneville or Saint Clement factory around 1892.
It features two opened ears of corn with green leaves and flowing corn silk. The border has an Art Nouveau design pressed into it.
It is not marked on the back but we do have plates with "K&G St. Clement France Depose" on them.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. It has some glaze crazing on the back which is normal and expected with antique majolica.
It measures a hair shy of 11 inches in diameter.
This will look beautiful in any room of your home!
