I see letters and numbers after each of your item titles, what does that stand for?
The letters and numbers are for inventory control. We have many thousands of items.
Returns and Exchanges.
Because of the unique nature of every item we sell, we make every effort to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.
We make every possible attempt to accurately describe any flaws, if any with detailed descriptions and photos.
Signs of wear are to be expected and may have minor flea bites, hairlines, glaze crazing, staining or restoration that commensurate with age.
We encourage any and all questions you may have prior to making your purchase and are happy to assist you with your selection!

Our antique and vintage items are one of a kind pieces of art, due to their aged and used nature which gives each piece character, all sales are final.
I received my item but it arrived damaged.
We take great lengths for this not to happen, but if it does it is very important that you NOT throw away any of the item or the boxes and packing as it is needed for the claim to be accepted. Take photos to send to us and contact us right away and we will file a claim for you. We will keep you up to date on the progress of the claim. All are items are shipped with insurance!

We ship to most countries. List prices do not include shipping & handling fees.
Kindly include your city, zip code and country when requesting a quote. Packages shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped USPS Priority International Mail. We will not under value or claim any merchandise as a gift on U.S. Customs forms. Import duties, VAT, and taxes are not included in the shipping quote and are the buyers responsibility. We will double box your items for safe shipping overseas. Please contact us to see if we ship to your country.
