Offered for your personal collection is this lovely antique German majolica plate from the 1800's.
We believe this to have been made during the early period of the Faist majolica factory in Schramberg, Germany.
This beautiful plate features a Rococo border with a center pastoral scene of two ladys and a fellow watching over the sheep.
The light blue against the red border makes the center scene POP!
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks! It has some glaze crazing which is normal and expected with antique majolica.
It measures 8 inches in diameter.
