Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this beautiful antique hand painted French faience serving plate.
Made in the 1800's, signed on the back with "VP FRANCE " this could be from the Veuve Perrin factory in Marseille.
It features a pinched rim on three sides and a fold over rim on the fourth side.
It is hand painted with a rose or Pivoine and wild flower bouquet, very lovely.
It measures about 7.5 inches in diameter at the widest points.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks! It has some missing enamel on the handle edge, see photo.
