Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this beautiful antique vintage French majolica cup and saucer set.
Made by the Salins-les-Bains majolica factory which was opened in 1857 in the east of France.
They were awarded with the Gold Medal in the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts in Paris in 1912.
This lovely majolica set features all strawberries and leaves on the saucer and different types of fruit on the cup.
It is marked as seen.
It is in excellent antique vintage condition with no chips or cracks!
There is overall glaze crazing which is normal for majolica.
The saucer measures 6.25 inches wide and the cup measures 4.75 inches with handle.
