According to the OYSTER PLATES book, this is the mold that was used for the Pennsylvania Railroad Executive Dining Car Service and was given 4 stars which is "very rare".
This beautiful plate is white with gold and measures 8.25 inches in diameter.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs!! It has a very tiny flake off the tip, see close up photo 8.
