Signed on the bottom ROUEN and the numbers 1625. Made in the 1800's before 1891 when they had to put the country of origin on each piece of ceramics.
It features a pierced rim, 2 dragon heads for handles and sits on 4 scrolled feet.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks, a bit of light enamel ware to the high points which is normal for a piece this old.
It measures 9 inches wide from nose to nose of the dragons and stands 7.25 inches tall.
