Made by Villeroy & Boch in the Schramberg majolica factory, it is well marked on the back with the 1883-1891 makers mark and the incised numbers "1241/9".
This beautiful antique plate features four bunches of blue lilac flowers surrounded by green leaves.
The scalloped rim is reticulated or pierced so you can thread a ribbon through and hang the plate on your wall.
It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
The back has stilt marks that are normal and expected with antique majolica.
It measures 6.5 inches in diameter, the perfect size for display or use!
