It features a very tired frog that has a basket match striker tied to his back with a blue rope. He is sitting down resting his feet next to a pink and yellow tulip that will hold your matches. His feet are as if they are in a pool of water as the inside of the ash tray is a soft blue.
This is done in the Art Nouveau style.
It is numbered on the bottom with 1430 and 46 and was made in Germany or Austria.
It measures 5.25 inches long, 4 inches wide and stands about 5 inches tall.
