Marked on the back with "FRANCE", it was made between 1880-1922.
It features a French maiden in traditional Provincial dress. Under her is marked " Guyenne" which was the former region of Southwestern France which is now known as Province.
It has sweet blue and red flowers around the rim. The glaze around the rim is a bit uneven.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. It has a small fire line from the kiln as seen in photo which does not detract from the beauty of this piece.
It measures 10 inches in diameter.
