Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this lovely antique German or Austrian porcelain candle holder, chamber stick or candlestick.
Marked only with an incised number in the clay of "6016" and printed in red"128", this was made before the McKinley Tariff Act of 1891 which required that the name of the country of origin must be printed on each piece of porcelain and ceramics.
This lovely flo blue or flow blue candle holder features a flower and leaf theme. The exterior is a dark colbalt blue that ebbs into a lighter blue. It has a leaf stem for a handle and the holder has small little flowers, some dark blue, some light blue and some in gold. Please see all the photos to see how beautiful this is!!
It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks! There is some gold loss on the handle from use and age to be expected.
It measures 4.5 inches long, 4 inches wide with handle and stands 2 inches tall.
