Offered is this vintage coin piggy bank from the Keller & Guerin majolica factory from Luneville, France. I have sold a lot of Luneville but this is the first time I ever saw a piggy bank!
I believe this is called a "still" piggy bank because there are no moving parts, also once your money is in, it stays!!! (unless you break it so fill it with the good stuff!).
He has what looks like a morning glory flower, pink with green leaves on one side and pink flowers with green leaves on the other side. This is all hand painted on the white pig.
He is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks!
He measures almost 7 inches long, he stands 3.75 inches tall.
Just fabulous! Add him to your antique or vintage Luneville collection today!!
Be sure to see all of our Dresser Items and Figurines in our store!
