Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this beautiful hand painted French Limoges plate made by the Gerard, Dufraisseix and Abbot Limoges Company in Limoges, France. The green under glaze makers mark dates this plate to have been made circa 1900+.
It features a lovely artist rendition of red currents and green leaves on a mottled green, grey and pink background. The rim is trimmed in gold
This plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs!! There are two spots of wear on the front from age and use.
It measures 7.5 inches in diameter. It is well marked on the back with the GDA/France Limoges mark and signed by the artist P. Robinson.
