This wall plate was made in the early 1900's for Blakeman & Henderson who were exporters of fine French Limoges porcelain that was always superbly decorated.
This plaque features one of the more desirable forms with molded and scalloped edges. The scene is of a cockatoo walking and looking behind him on a nice green background which really makes his colors POP!
It measures 10.25 inches and is in excellent condition for its age with a light mark in the green background and a small firing line from the kiln which does not go through.
It has an old wire on the back and is ready to hang on your wall.
