Offered for your personal collection is this beautiful and rare antique majolica platter from the 1800's.
It features two large fans crossing, one cream & grey and one dark yellow and grey.
The cream fan has a flying bird and prunus flowers. The grey and yellow fan has a large dragonfly.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. It does have some glaze ware, overall glaze crazing and a nip on the back rim that was covered by glaze at the factory so is not a chip, see photo. This is all normal for antique majolica.
It measures 16.25 inches long and 11 inches wide.
