Made by the Schramberg majolica factory between 1912-1928. It is well marked on the back.
This beautiful large platter features yellow water lily flowers with green leaves in the Art Nouveau style on a moving blue water background. What a lovely piece of functional art!
It measures 11.75 inches in diameter.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks! It does have a few small glaze flakes on the rim that are not noticeable and stilt marks on the back from being fired in the kiln, all normal and expected for antique majolica.
