This plate is marked with the early Isador Faist makers mark who owned the Schramberg majolica factory before 1883.
This gorgeous antique plate features a beautiful ornate rim, scroll work and a central theme of grapes and leaves.
It is in excellent antique condition for its great age with no chips or cracks. It does have spots of glaze wear on the high points which is normal and to be expected with antique majolica. It has 3 very small stilt marks on the back from the kiln.
It measures 7.75 inches in diameter.
