Most likely from the northeast of France, it features dark pinkish-red strawberries, dark green and blue leaves on a pale yellow background.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs!! It does have overall glaze crazing, a pin hole in the clay and glaze pop on the edge, all normal with antique majolica.
It measures 8.5 inches in diameter, the perfect size for use or display.
