It features wine or grape leaves and grapes on a light yellow background.
It has 18 panels and a green rim.
The handles are in the form of the wooden grape vine with two bunches of grapes and leaves hanging down.
The back is well marked with "DV SARREGUEMINES FRANCE" the impressed numbers of "531P" and "wG" and a hand marked "5" under glaze.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs!! It has fine glaze crazing which is normal for antique majolica.
It measures 12 inches long by 9.5 inches wide.
