Offered for your high end collecting enjoyment this incredible large antique double lobbed platter with handle made by Fourmaintraux in Desvres n. Quimper circa late 1800's.
The double lobbed platter measures 9.5 inches long by 10.5 inches wide. It stands 3.25 inches tall with handle.
Just fabulous condition with no chips, cracks or repairs!
There are rough spots around the edge which are normal for antique faience like this and can only be felt by the finger.
It features a lovely scalloped border with an extreamly ornate handle.
The center of each lobe features a floral spray with a spider on the side lines.
The overall enamel has a bluish tint to it which is VERY HARD TO FIND and may increase the value of the piece!!
