Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this beautiful antique French faience wall plate.
Hand painted by one of my favorite faience artists, Henri Chaumeil.
He was born in 1877 and made this between 1890-1920.
It is signed on the back with his initials "HC and Decor Strasbourg Fait Main".
It features a scalloped rim with flowers and insects all around.
The center features a beautiful flower bouquet tied with a ribbon.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks!
It does have several stilt marks on the back from the kiln which is normal.
It measures 9.25 inches in diameter.
It has two factory holes on the back so you can hang it on your wall.
