Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this lovely antique French faience oyster plate.
Made by the Keller & Guerin faience factory in Luneville, France between 1892-1922,
It features six wells for oysters and a center well for lemon or vinegrette. It has raised molded seaweed around each well. In two wells you have a lovely tulip and wild flower bouquet, in one wee is a rose and flower bouquet and in the other three wells is a single stem with flowers, please see the close ups.
It measures 9.25 inches in diameter from the widest parts.
It is in excellent condition for its great age with no chips or cracks!
It does have overall crazing from age that is normal for antique faience and majolica.
