Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this wonderful set of 12 open footed salts found on my last trip to France.
Found in the eastern part of France, this lovely set of 12 features an elongated octagonal shape with a nice pressed pattern and stands on 4 feet.
Each measures 2 inches long and 1.5 inches wide and stands almost 1 inch tall.
All 12 are in excellent condition for their great age.
There are some rough spots felt by the finger and the open salt you see in the center has a very small nip on the bottom foot.
I don't know if you can see it in the photo but wanted to mention it for accuracy.
This is very rare to find a fabulous set like this with so many pieces!
You can use 6 for open salts and 6 for open pepper cellers!
