Offered for your private collection is this beautiful vintage French faience plate.
Made by the Saint Clement majolica factory and hand painted by Andree Moinard.
He started working at this factory in 1948. He did not put the year on the back.
This gorgeous plate features a large peony or Pivoine flower along with other blue flowers and green leaves tied into a bouquet with a large red bow.
The scalloped rim is "combed" and has three sets of flowers and leaves , just beautiful!
It is initialed on the back by Andree Moinard.
It measures 10 inches in diameter.
It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks!
