Made by the Fourmaintraux Freres Faiencerie in Desvres, France in the 1800's.
It is well marked as seen in photo.
It has a beautiful Rococo form.
It is hand painted with flowers in the Rouen flowers.
This is a small cache pot but will be stupendous in the kitchen or next to a window with a beautiful herb or plant in it! See my thyme plant in it!
This lovely antique cache pot measures almost 5 inches tall and is 5.5 inches wide from handle to handle.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks! There is a small spot of glaze wear on the rim lip as seen in photo and overall glaze crazing which is normal for antique faience and majolica.
