Offered for your personal collection is this gorgeous antique majolica portrait plate.
Made in the 1800's by Wedgwood, it's date code is AWZ.
It features a brown and yellow Reticulated or pierced rim. The band between the center and the rim has a great leafy vine with little red berries and a yellow ribbon with white dots swirled around it on a purplish blue band.
The green intaglio center features a young lady with long hair looking soulfully at you.
It measures almost 9 inches in diameter.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks! It has overall glaze crazing which is normal and expected with antique majolica.
This will be absolutely lovely in any room of your home!
