Hand Painted French Faience Plate only at Mon Tati's Antiques

Offered for your personal collection is this beautiful vintage French faience plate.
Made by the Saint Clement majolica factory and hand painted by Andree Moinard.
He started working at this factory in 1948. He did not put the year on the back.
This lovely plate features two large rose or peony flowers with other colorful flowers and green leaves that take up the whole center.
The scalloped rim is "combed" in red and has three sets of flowers and leaves on it.
It is initialed on the back by Andree Moinard.
It measures 10 inches in diameter.
It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks!
The only thing I can find is a very small paint flake on a small green leaf.
