This stunning antique majolica plate features a beautiful and ornate reticulated or pierced rim, scroll work and a central theme of grapes and leaves.
As you can see the colors are incredible and the workmanship devine. It has a high gloss and deep, rich colors!!!
It is in excellent condition for its great age with no chips, cracks or repairs!! A few tiny spots of light glaze wear that you feel with the finger on the edge which is normal for a piece of majolica this old. The back has stilt marks from the kiln to attest to its age.
It measures 8 inches in diameter. It is marked on the back with the model number 367 and the size number 7.
