Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this beautiful antique majolica vase. Made in Germany or Austria it is marked with a "V" or an "L" and a stamp that I can only make out "...LAND" could that be for "DEUTCHLAND"?
This lovley vase features an art nouveau theme of flowers and leaves. It has two decorative handles and a scalloped and flaired mouth. The flowers look to be pansies.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is some crazing due to age which is normal with antique majolica.
It measures 9 inches tall, about 6 inches from handle to handle and 4.25 inches from front to back.
This will look just lovely in any room with or without flowers in it!!
