Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this beautiful antique majolica plate made by the Mouzin-Lecat majolica factory of Wasmuel, Belgium circa 1880-1900.
Moulin-Lecat were the names of the directors who started the majolica factory in Wasmuel, Belgium on the French north border in 1878.
This beautiful plate features a fantastic bird of paradise in a cherry tree feasting on the ripe red cherries.

It has a high gloss and deep rich colors. I have taken many photos so you can see the beauty of this fine antique!
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks! It does have overall glaze crazing and several stilt marks on the front from being fired in the kiln which is normal with antique majolica.
