Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this lovely large antique porcelain Bohemian tankard.
Totally hand painted in Vienna, Austria for the P.H. Leonard of New York City Import Company. This company would import fine hand painted Bohemian porcelain from 1880's to 1908.
This is a great example with the gold base, handle and scrolled rim with hand painted grapes and green leaves on a soft pastel background.
It is well marked on the bottom as seen in the photos.
It is in excellent condition for its great age with no chips or cracks!! There is some gold loss due to age and use which is normal for a piece of this age and is to be expected.
It stands 13.5 inches tall and is 8.5 inches wide from handle to spout.
