Made between 1850-1880, we believe it was made in 1872 since 72 is impressed into the clay under the model number of "5677".
This beautiful majolica handled vase features medallions on both sides graced by different types of flowers.
The colors are a golden ocher for the spout and the frames of the medallions. The flowers on one side are pink and yellow and a tanish brown on the other side on a dark green background inside the medallion. The vase is a deep wine red which seperates the medallions.
It measures 8 inches tall and 4.5 inches wide.
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks!
