You can find this platter on page 91 in the book by Maryse Bottero. They attribute this beautiful antique majolica platter to the Onnaing factory in France circa 1850-1890.
It features purple and green tipped asparagus, pink bows and fan like handles on a cream background.
It measures 15 inches long and almost 8.75 inches wide and stands 3 inches tall off the table!! This is really a nice Big piece!!
It is in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks! It does have overall glaze crazing and stilt marks from the kiln which is normal for antique majolica.
